• Seasoned fundraising professional with 10+ years in planned giving or related philanthropy.
• Ability to lead and grow a blended gift program with strategic priority setting.
• Expertise in bequests, charitable remainder and lead trusts, and related tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of Ocean Conservancy’s planned and blended giving program.
• Supervise and partner with development colleagues to identify high-potential donors.
• Develop proposals and materials for planned and blended gifts.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to structure and steward complex gifts.
• Build relationships with professional advisors to expand donor network.
