Job summary

Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina is seeking a Special Initiatives & Campaign Project Manager in North Charleston to lead the Growth for Impact Campaign and support cross-functional philanthropy initiatives. Under the VP of Philanthropy, you will develop and maintain campaign plans, track milestones, manage timelines and ensure donor engagement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up documentation.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams and influence progress without direct supervisory authority.
• Experience using CRM, donor database, project management, or shared workspace systems.
• Ability to navigate sensitive donor, volunteer, and internal relationships professionally.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Project Management & Execution: manage Growth for Impact Campaign with VP of Philanthropy.
• Create and maintain a campaign work plan with milestones, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies.
• Coordinate campaign strategies and fundraising activities across the Foundation.
• Ensure alignment among governance bodies, leadership, and staff.
• Monitor timelines and progress toward fundraising goals.
• Develop systems to track activities, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate reporting, progress reviews, and accountability processes.
• Identify barriers and develop solutions with leadership.
• Communicate campaign information effectively across stakeholders.
• Provide PM support to CEO/President and leadership teams.
