Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC) seeks a Senior Vice President of Development to lead fundraising strategy and donor engagement across the Foundation. The role reports to the CEO and advances philanthropy, planned giving, and church relations statewide.

As part of the executive team, you will guide capital campaigns, donor recognition, and communications while overseeing Foundation operations and staff to support PCSC’s mission of enriching seniors’ lives across six Life Plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of fundraising or funds development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with faith-based organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to develop Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term fundraising strategy to increase giving, planned gifts, and donor engagement.
• Grow and manage planned giving programs including bequests and estate gifts.
• Maintain relationships with Presbyterian Church (USA) congregations and related groups throughout South Carolina.
• Provide executive oversight for Foundation operations, staffing, and budget; collaborate with CEO/CFO on investments.
