Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of frontline fundraising experience, including major gift solicitation.
• Experience with constituent management database systems required; Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred.
• Willingness to develop proficiency in software including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and database systems.
• Understands ethical fundraising practices and donor relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 70 major gifts donors and prospects ($100,000+).
• Conduct 100+ qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship meetings annually.
• Staff and support the Head of School and volunteers during visits and events.
• Track progress through moves management and report on portfolio health and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Advancement Services to maintain accurate donor records and reports.
