Eyemart Express seeks a Sr Director, Digital Marketing & Web Experience to lead digital customer acquisition, website strategy and growth for the Eyemart and Eyeconic brands. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and prioritize roadmaps for portfolio websites, experiences and growth capabilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience with leadership of direct reports.
• Proven success driving digital acquisition, website conversion and revenue growth.
• Experience owning large-scale consumer website roadmaps and digital growth strategies.
• Experience leading major website, CRM or platform transformations with investment cases.
• Multibrand, multi-location retail/healthcare/optical experience preferred; Salesforce a plus.
