You will collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Technology and Analytics to implement best practices, improve conversions and deliver omnichannel excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce).
• Ability to manage competing priorities with change agility.
• Office and reporting systems savvy; Google/Adobe Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site and app content strategy end-to-end from concept through execution and performance review.
• Lead online merchandising strategy, including product categorization, search and content optimization.
• Develop strategies to grow volume, engagement and profitability across categories.
• Manage site testing, personalization and A/B roadmap; translate results into recommendations.
• Analyze shopping behavior to surface insights that inform strategy and decisions.
• Coordinate SEO and discoverability improvements to boost organic performance.
• Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, merchandising and operations for omnichannel experience.
• Plan and lead promotional launches with creative, technology and merchandising teams.
