Qualifications

• Proven Federal Sales Expertise across DoD/IC.
• Experience managing strategic capture efforts and long-duration sales cycles.
• Deep knowledge of government acquisition vehicles (BAAs, OTAs, SBIRs).
• Track record of securing large-scale contracts (> $25M).
• Clearance eligibility (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute government BD campaigns and drive win probabilities.
• Lead end-to-end capture lifecycle from engagement to post-award execution.
• Direct cross-functional teams on proposals and strategic planning.
• Own and expand DoD/IC revenues with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities through traditional and non-traditional contracting methods.
• Position technologies as scalable solutions for defense programs.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, programs, and leadership on proposals.
• Scale the government-focused BD function to grow revenue and strategy.
