Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Lead to own TM delivery for a major global client portfolio, coordinating brokers and TM teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes strategy, governance and execution in a fast-paced environment with cross-market impact. The ideal candidate builds executive relationships, leads upstream planning, and leverages portfolio data to forecast and advise on real estate strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
• Track record leading portfolio strategy across large, multi-geography, multi-business-unit portfolios.
• Experience with upstream strategic planning and executive-level decision support.
• Strong portfolio analytics skills, including occupancy planning and scenario analysis.
• Experience partnering with brokerage/advisory teams to deliver integrated account solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads all transaction management functions across the global portfolio, spanning multiple business units.
• Leads a team of transaction managers and cross-functional teams across dispersed markets.
• Coordinates activity across Leasing Advisory brokers and Work Dynamics TM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Attracts, hires, and retains top talent; builds team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Owns TM contractual obligations to the client.
• Runs the change control process and manages risk across the portfolio.
• Owns Transaction Management P&L and tracks fee collection and accounts receivable.
• Prepares QBRs and ensures governance, KPIs and service levels.
