EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice is seeking a Senior Director to lead multi‑transaction supply chain initiatives. You’ll guide teams through pre‑sign diligence, close planning, and post‑close execution for complex integrations and divestitures, delivering innovative, data‑driven solutions that improve performance and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field; 8 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Must reside in or be within commutable distance to the office.
• Willingness to travel beyond the location when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) for complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems with innovative solutions that transform performance and resiliency.
• Improve planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery/return functions of the supply chain across engagements.
