Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead Strategy and Execution Supply Chain engagements across a global client portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end transaction work from pre-diligence to post-close execution, driving supply chain transformations across plan, source, make, and deliver/return functions.

You will apply deep supply chain expertise to optimize performance, manage client relationships, and guide teams through complex integrations and divestitures while leveraging EY’s AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and relationship building.
• Must reside in or commutable to the office location.
• Travel and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice across the full transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution).
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions that improve performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
