The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sourcing within global manufacturing and will work closely with various departments to optimize the supply chain.

This position offers a competitive salary between $225k and $240k, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sourcing, materials, or supply chain within complex global manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site, multi-business organizations with senior-level leadership accountability.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in cost, delivery, quality, and working capital.
