Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school (required).
• Active membership in at least one US State Bar.
• Registered Patent Attorney before the USPTO.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical IP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trademark protection and brand strategy across regions.
• Manage licensing, transactions, and external counsel relationships.
