The role requires a JD, NJ bar or eligibility for NJ in-house license, and 8+ years in patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman experience. The position is based in-office in Princeton with cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, R&D, and business teams.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission in NJ or another state with eligibility for NJ in-house license.
• Preferred registration before USPTO.

Mansioni

• Manage patent litigations in North America, including ANDA/ANDS and biosimilar matters.
• Drive freedom-to-operate analyses for Dr. Reddy's products, including Orange Book considerations.
• Prepare ANDA/IP certifications and related notices.
• Analyze patent file histories, prior art, and related litigation strategies.
• Support business development with IP due diligence.
• Oversee drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
• Advise stakeholders on pharmaceutical patent and regulatory law and exclusivity issues.
