ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Early Development Leader to drive global early drug development from Candidate Selection to Phase 2b. Based in multiple US sites or London, UK, the role offers relocation assistance and broad cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities include directing strategy, budgets, and governance with senior stakeholders, and coordinating with Commercial to align timelines and priorities across the program.

Formación

• MSc & 10+ years of drug development experience.
• Experience in establishing and executing a drug development strategy.
• Experience in presenting scientific data to internal key stakeholders and external audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the multi-functional global Early Development Team to deliver an asset to Phase 2b.
• Direct medicine development strategy for candidates from selection through Proof of Concept.
• Develop regional and global strategy and interface with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Influence project delivery timelines and budget with cross-functional partners.
• Create and maintain integrated asset development plans and governance.
• Represent the EDT at governance reviews within ViiV and GSK.
