Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8+ years in non-clinical safety/toxicology.
• PhD with 6+ years in non-clinical safety/toxicology.
• Experience across multiple development stages and modalities.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end non-clinical safety strategy across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with CMC, regulatory, and clinical teams to align plans.
• Provide mentorship and review regulatory/milestone documents.
• Balance safety considerations with speed of drug development.
• Support due diligence and external collaborations as needed.
