ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director, Early Development Leader to guide a global multi-disciplinary team from candidate selection through Proof of Concept, ensuring timely Phase 2b progression. Based in US locations or UK, with relocation support.

The role requires extensive drug development leadership, strategic planning, and fluency in communicating with internal and external stakeholders across a matrix organization. Strong track record in HIV-related programs is a plus.

Formación

• MSc & 10+ years of drug development experience.
• Experience in establishing and executing a drug development strategy.
• Experience presenting scientific data to internal and external audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global Early Development Team to deliver assets to Phase 2b.
• Direct medicine development strategy from candidate selection through Proof of Concept.
• Interface with stakeholders to align development strategy and timelines.
• Oversee budget prioritisation and resource allocation across the asset.
• Maintain integrated asset development plans and governance readiness.
