Job summary

Lead the Americas IBP and Demand Planning to reduce forecast error, enable reliable supply, and align with global strategies while developing leadership and talent across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12+ years of end‑to‑end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• 10+ years people management experience.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries required.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations in a highly matrixed environment.
• Proven success driving IBP / S&OP maturity and enterprise level decision making.

Responsibilities

• E2E Supply Chain Strategy & Performance – Develop and deploy an Americas E2E supply chain vision and strategy aligned with global EP/NV priorities; ensure service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.
