Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, based in Danvers, MA, seeks an Associate Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead the global S&OP process and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. The role partners across Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance to drive forecasting, inventory targets, and new product launches.

You will own KPI-driven forecasting, scenario planning and cross-functional alignment to mitigate risk and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• 8+ years in supply chain, demand planning, materials management or manufacturing planning.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Strong communication and influence across functions and levels.
• Working knowledge of DRP, MRP and MPS; SAP modules (IBP, eWM, BW, MRP, MM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the global S&OP process for all products and align inputs across commercial, regional, finance and operations.
• Own forecast accuracy KPI and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Oversee long-range forecast/scenario modeling with finance and other groups.
• Develop and oversee new product launches and phase-out plans with stakeholder support.
• Lead end-to-end fulfillment and manage cross-functional escalation and reviews.
