• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global S&OP process and align inputs from commercial, regional, finance and operations.
• Own forecast accuracy KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Oversee long-range forecast and scenario modeling with finance and other groups.
• Develop new product launch and phase-out plans with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end fulfillment and inventory optimization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and ensure actions are communicated and executed.
