Job summary

BD in Tempe, USA seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning across regional and global teams. You will own SIOP/IBP, drive performance improvements and ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Expect to mentor a high-performing team, optimize ERP/MRP processes and foster data-driven decision making while delivering cost, service and cash goals. Occasional travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years progressive management experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing or sourcing.
• 5+ years leading a global SIOP/IBP with a P&L impact.
• 7+ years experience driving supply chain performance transformation in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SC planning strategy to achieve optimum supply chain performance (Cost - Cash - Service) across regional and global levels.
• Review end-to-end value stream effectiveness and drive continuous performance improvements across ERP/planning systems.
• Lead the BU global SIOP/IBP processes to ensure timely decisions and broad stakeholder engagement.
• Provide SC planning expertise and leadership in end-to-end planning domains (source, make, deliver, fulfillment).
• Monitor regional/global planning processes and metrics (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy) and drive corrective actions.
• Harmonize and digitize planning processes to boost productivity across demand, supply, production and material planning.
• Drive IBP/S&OP and S&OE maturity and provide guidance in cross-functional teams.
