Job summary

Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Sr. Director to build and lead a global demand planning organization for Data Center Solutions.

You will own the end-to-end forecast across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, translating growth targets into actionable plans that drive capacity and supply decisions. You will recruit and lead a global team of planners, establish accuracy targets, and integrate S&OP processes with finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP with 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep expertise in statistical forecasting and consensus planning.
• Strong financial acumen – translate demand to units and dollars.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global demand planning organization across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Own the monthly consensus demand plan consolidating inputs.
• Lead a global team of Demand Planning Managers and analysts.
• Establish forecast accuracy targets and bias tracking.
• Integrate S&OP with Supply Chain and plants.
• Plan for growth, NPI, and lifecycle management.
• Chair monthly demand reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Incorporate major customer insights into the demand signal.
