Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in United States (Dallas area) seeks a Senior Director, Americas to lead Global Contracts across the Americas.

You will oversee named accounts, complex deals, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product and Technology to drive strategic outcomes. The role requires exceptional leadership, international experience, and a track record of negotiating high-value transactions.

Qualifications

• A law degree and admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction (e.g. a state in the United States).
• Post-qualification legal experience appropriate for a Senior Director role, preferably 15+ years, including strong law-firm experience.
• Deep experience in negotiating and in commercial contracting and in leading complex, strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas leadership and coordinate GC presence across the Americas with senior business stakeholders.
• Lead the Strategics team and the legal support for its named customers, channels and partners.
• Oversee complex deals, balance commercial, legal and operational considerations, and drive matters to closure.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of lawyers and contracts professionals; manage performance and succession planning.
• Contribute to strategy as a GC leadership team member; drive governance, policy and standards.
