Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager for the Americas to manage complex categories, drive regional sourcing strategies, and deliver cost savings. The role requires partnering with business leaders, negotiating supplier agreements, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet capacity and performance goals.

You will influence stakeholders, mitigate supply chain risks, and lead regional supplier relationships while aligning with global procurement strategies across Major Capital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7+ years in procurement, supply chain, category mgmt, or consulting
Strong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder mgmt
Experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives
Comfortable in fast-changing, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to execute regional sourcing strategy
Lead supplier management and contract governance across regions
Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements
Manage regional risk, capacity, and market intelligence
Collaborate with Legal during contract lifecycle and SOWs
