Equinix, Inc. seeks a Director of Commercial Management to lead oversight of major expansion projects across our regional portfolio. You will drive down costs, assure financial controls, and manage contract risk while guiding the broader design and construction function.

You will lead a team of Commercial Managers, coordinate with legal and corporate management, and shape strategic commercial policies for high‑value data center programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission critical design and construction.
• Degree in construction, business, finance or related field preferred.
• RICS accreditation or Chartered Surveyor status preferred.
• Experience leading commercial management on large capital programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight for planning and monitoring construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, cost modeling, and reporting to senior management.
• Oversee procurement and contracting strategies for design services and GC work.
• Lead risk management, audits, contingency analyses and controls.
• Direct regional Commercial Management team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop commercial metrics and improve best practices across projects.
