Equinix, Inc. is seeking a senior real estate professional to execute data center lease and sale transactions within the Dallas region and surrounding markets.

This role oversees management of an existing office and data center property portfolio and supports site acquisitions for new development opportunities. You will lead asset acquisitions, manage site searches from small offices to large data centers, and drive cross-functional programs across real estate and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• Typically, 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate investment, brokerage, or corporate real estate, preferably with large-scale acquisitions and lease negotiations.
• Data center or digital infrastructure experience preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in site selection, due diligence, real estate transactions, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of land entitlement, zoning, permitting, and development processes preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
• Real Estate License preferred.

• Oversee inventory planning and capex forecasting for multiple metros.
• Lead asset acquisitions and manage site searches from small offices to large data centers.
• Coordinate permitting with local authorities to support data center development.
• Assist asset management strategies including expansion, contraction, disposition and reconfiguration of properties.
• Direct due diligence for real estate transactions and quarterly reporting with Finance and REIT compliance.
• Mentor junior project/program team members in project management.
• Interface with internal operations and external counsel on real estate needs and reviews.
