• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced certifications welcomed.
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated project management leadership.
• Proven track record in leading and developing professional staff within a project-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of project management team providing oversight across programs.
• Lead multi-national projects ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Partner with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client proposals and delivery strategies.
• Mentor and train project managers; conduct performance reviews and salary discussions.
• Resource planning, budgeting oversight, and process improvements across programs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines; maintain client satisfaction.
