Zscaler is seeking a Director of GTM Finance & Topline Metrics in a Hybrid California role. You will own the topline financial architecture across ACV, ARR, pipeline, and churn while partnering with executive GTM strategy and reviews to drive results.

You’ll build predictive models, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and deliver high-impact insights to accelerate growth and profitability in a fast‑moving enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, GTM Finance, Revenue Ops, or Sales Strategy at a high-growth enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SaaS topline metrics: ACV, ARR, NRR, churn, and pipeline analytics.
• Proven ability to engage with senior GTM operators and Sales Ops leaders.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline, revenue analytics.

Responsabilités

• Build ARR bridge and churn models; serve as single source of truth across teams.
• Partner with GTM leadership to align forecast assumptions and quota attainment.
• Drive ACV bookings forecasting and pipeline modeling across direct and partner channels.
• Model churn by cohort, segment, and product line with predictive techniques.
• Lead topline workstreams for planning cycles, scenarios, earnings prep, and board reporting.
