12+ years shaping Finance Process and Systems Transformation.
Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes.
Experience with NetSuite, ServiceNow, Coupa, Salesforce and Snowflake.
Proven program management across multiple workstreams.
Exceptional communication to align cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives including Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Asset Management.
Partner with Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, Legal and others to create future state processes.
Assess and upgrade tech stack with ERP and EPM tools to achieve operational excellence.
Design and execute an AI‑enabled transformation strategy improving experience for customers and vendors.
Develop metrics to track progress of transformation initiatives and process improvements.
Support integration of target finance organizations during acquisitions and drive change management.
