New Jersey Community Capital seeks a Managing Director of Resource Development & Communications to lead fundraising and capitalization efforts, manage major donor and funder relationships, and guide the organization’s capital strategy. You will work with senior leaders to grow revenue across lending, real estate, and community development programs.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in resource development, fundraising, or business development; leadership experience preferred.
• Established network of foundations, government funders, banks, and investors.
• Proven ability to manage a fundraising pipeline and close gifts, grants, or investments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising and capitalization efforts with annual revenue goals and multi-year plans.
• Cultivate and steward major relationships with funders and investors to meet goals.
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with funders; build and maintain a prospects pipeline.
• Identify and pursue new capital, grant, sponsorship, and PRI opportunities aligned with NJCC programs.
• Develop and manage grant proposals, LOIs, sponsorship packages, and funder communications.
