Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Director, Fund Administration to oversee accounting deliverables for our fund administration customers. You will manage accounting leaders, shape the function’s trajectory, and deliver a best-in-class experience for clients.

The role emphasizes end-to-end fund accounting, NAV calculations, and capital activity processing, with opportunities to lead automation and new service offerings while partnering with technology teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with a fund administrator.
• 5+ years of experience in leading and coaching teams.
• Deep understanding of private equity fund structures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fund accounting for a book of real estate private credit clients, including NAV and fee/carry calculations.
• Build and grow relationships with customers from sales to expansion.
• Review and approve customer-facing deliverables to ensure high quality.
• Lead cross-functional projects on automation, reporting, and product functionality.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert to clients and internal teams.
• Act as senior point of contact for client CFOs and finance teams; manage escalations.
