Job summary

Juniper Square’s Revenue Operations team serves as the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, you’ll own systems, processes, and reporting to align Fund Administration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

You’ll lead CRM health, renewal workflows, forecasting, and cross-functional reporting cadences, partnering with leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM role.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B sales motion.
• Experience supporting Fund Administration or services-driven revenue.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience owning renewal/expansion workflows and reporting.
• Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences.
• Strong analytical skills with data/reporting tools.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• AI fluency and ability to design AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for Fund Administration and align with other departments.
• Own Salesforce health, data quality, and process governance across RevOps.
• Own end-to-end renewal workflow and documentation of timelines and actions.
• Manage forecasting for Fund Administration with pipeline reviews and cadence.
• Design and improve revenue processes to remove friction and standardize deals.
• Build dashboards for pipeline, renewals, and revenue performance.
• Set engagement rules and enable smooth cross-functional handoffs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on metrics and rhythms.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to automate recurring RevOps tasks.
• Identify tooling improvements and support change management.
