Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Director, Fund Administration to oversee accounting deliverables for private credit real estate clients. You will report to the General Manager, Fund Administration and manage a team of accounting leaders, shaping the function's trajectory and delivering a best-in-class client experience.

You will lead NAV calculations, financial statement prep, capital activity processing, and fee/carry calculations while driving automation and cross-functional programs across

Qualifications

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with fund administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience coaching and leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Deep understanding of private equity fund accounting, waterfall, and capital calls.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment.
• Desire to leverage technology to streamline operations and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fund accounting for real estate private credit clients, including NAV, financial statements, and capital activity.
• Review and approve client-facing deliverables to ensure high-quality results.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on automation, reporting, and product functionality.
• Provide in-depth consulting to clients and internal teams as a subject-matter expert.
• Act as senior point of contact for client CFOs, controllers, and finance teams; manage escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows, controls, and documentation.
