Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration to lead the fund accounting and reporting for Private Equity/Real Estate clients. You will manage a team of Fund Accountants and influence the trajectory of the function while delivering best-in-class client experience.

The role focuses on fund accounting, reporting, audits, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. You will shape processes, mentor staff, and partner with clients to ensure accurate investor reporting and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with a fund administrator.
• Experience coaching and leading high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Deep understanding of private equity structures, reporting, and accounting.
• Knowledge of waterfall, IRRs, distributions, and capital calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead team buildout and set operational policies.
• Improve fund administration workflows and processes.
• Identify product development opportunities and provide feedback.
• Hire, train and manage fund accountants.
• Interface with clients to deliver exceptional service.
• Serve as a technical accounting advisor for key decisions.
• Review and perform accounting, analytics, and financial reporting.
• Review investor allocations and waterfall calculations per agreements.
• Oversee audits and assist with tax returns and schedules.
• Research accounting developments and guidance.
