Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration to lead a team delivering fund accounting and reporting for Private Equity/Real Estate clients. You will shape workflows, drive process improvements, and partner with clients to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with fund-level accounting
• Experience managing and coaching high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions, PE investment structures, and reporting requirements
• Knowledge of waterfall, IRRs, distributions and capital calls
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment
• Passion for using technology to streamline operations and improve user experience
• Strategic thinker who sees both detail and the big picture
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• IFRS knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic decisions on team buildout and policies
• Develop and improve fund administration workflows and processes
• Identify product development opportunities and feedback to product teams
• Hire, train and manage a team of fund accountants
• Interface with clients to deliver excellent client experience
• Serve as a technical accounting expert for the team
• Oversee accounting, analytic and financial reporting duties
• Review investor allocations for statements, waterfalls, capital calls and distributions
• Oversee annual audits and tax return coordination
• Research accounting developments and interpret their impact
