For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Full-stack Engineer (Remote-Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee the technical direction for a global payment network and guide the delivery of modern software solutions that support scale, reliability, and customer needs. The role will partner closely with senior business and technology leaders to align product priorities with architecture decisions and execution plans. It will also influence engineering culture by advancing talent development, improving practices, and strengthening cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $286,200 – $326,700 annually
