Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own end-to-end product development across frontend and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on building reliable, customer-facing experiences. You will translate customer needs into practical technical designs, work closely with cross-functional partners, and help ensure solutions are both scalable and easy to maintain. The position also calls for strong technical judgment, a focus on operational quality, and the ability to mentor teammates while improving engineering practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,000 – $224,070 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end initiatives across frontend and backend

Qualifications

• Sound technical judgment across various architectural and performance tradeoffs
• Strong connection of technical decisions to customer outcomes and business goals
• Experience in mentoring and improving team practices
