Job summary

NWN is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You will partner with sales, offerings, and customer success to drive profitability and efficiency while guiding a small team of finance professionals.

Role involves strategic finance leadership, process improvements, and communicating insights to leadership. Remote work within the United States is supported; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field required.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of FP&A or related strategic finance experience required.
• Experience in FP&A at a large ($1bn+ revenue) organization.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI and other tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the FP&A function to monitor performance and develop budgeting and financial strategies.
• Coordinate analysis, forecasting, and reporting for executive decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and analytics for insights into business trends.
• Develop policies for collecting and analyzing financial data for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to align financials with business goals.
