Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to provide advanced financial leadership, reporting, and strategic partnerships across the business.

You will drive comprehensive planning initiatives, mentor analysts, and champion data-driven insights to support growth and acquisitions. You will lead complex finance projects, maintain best practices in modeling, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong expertise with Excel and PowerPoint; data-driven decision making.
• Experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights; PowerBI dashboards highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for assigned divisions.
• Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and strategic analyses for executive leadership.
• Improve planning processes, automation, and KPI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews with variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop headcount and resource planning models including capex/opex spending.
