Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, budgeting, cost control, and department management.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills with ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Food & Beverage goals and ensure leadership team demonstrates desired service behaviors.
• Review financial reports and budget performance; recommend CAPEX funding and improvements.
• Lead F&B/Culinary team; communicate plans; ensure profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Establish open, collaborative relationships with direct reports and broader team.
• Develop operating plans aligned with brand strategy; coach and mentor staff.
• Monitor trends, identify opportunities to improve profits and guest experiences.
