Job summary

Stonebridge Companies seeks a Director of Food & Beverage for JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, lead the team, manage budgets, ensure safety and brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires a bachelor's in Hospitality or related field and at least 5 years of F&B management experience in hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential for success in this senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage and supervise the food and beverage team, including hiring and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with departments to plan events and promotions.
• Maintain vendor relationships for timely procurement of quality products.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of F&B operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Develop and update menus with the culinary team to meet brand standards.
• Ensure operations meet performance benchmarks and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, bars, and kitchens.
