You will ensure efficient service, compliance with liquor laws, and profitability while coordinating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 4+ years in F&B management, strong cost control and budgeting skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting in an F&B environment.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and compliance with liquor laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including kitchen and security.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees prompt and efficient service for meals, functions, and beverages.
• Manages profit margins through cost control, sales analysis, and menu costing.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and table settings.
• Supervises servers and bartenders, ensuring professional appearance and courteous service.
• Ensures timely and accurate room service orders and compliance with quality standards.
• Manages stock, inventory, and cash handling; maintains security in all areas.
• Oversees staffing levels to meet needs and ensures compliance with standards.
• Responds to customer complaints promptly and maintains high service quality.
