Job summary

Stonebridge Companies seeks a Housekeeping Manager for JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown. You will assist in managing the housekeeping and laundry operations, supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure cleanliness across all hotel areas to deliver guest satisfaction.

You will support budgeting, inventory, and compliance, conduct training and evaluations, and communicate room status with the front desk. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and housekeeping software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or related staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and laundry personnel.
• Plan and organize cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare staff schedules and daily assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training for housekeeping staff.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management for supplies.
