Search Solution Group is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Flexible Packaging Division in Rockwall, TX. This role will guide sales strategy, drive profitable growth, enhance customer retention, and develop the sales team across the division.

The ideal candidate has extensive B2B sales leadership experience in manufacturing and packaging, with expertise in pricing, forecasting, and strategic account management. Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events is required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, plastics, films, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering profitable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, forecasting, and strategic account management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, plant meetings, and industry events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while establishing performance goals and accountability.
• Drive profitable growth through strategic account management, customer retention, and new business development.
• Oversee pricing, margin management, sales forecasting, pipeline development, and commercial negotiations.
• Strengthen customer relationships and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, and Scheduling.
• Identify market opportunities and ensure sales commitments align with production capabilities and profitability goals.
