TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Director of Sales - Flexible Packaging to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable, sustainable growth across key market verticals. You will partner with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative, value-driven packaging solutions and mentor sales professionals to meet strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes customer-focused execution, operational excellence, and integrity while aligning sales initiatives with TOPPAN’s long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven success driving growth in flexible packaging or related markets.
• Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a results-driven sales organization aligned to priority market verticals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and mentor sales professionals with a consultative approach.
• Establish performance goals, accountability, and development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable packaging solutions.
• Drive sales strategies, negotiations, and margin discipline with customers.
