TPC Packaging Solutions seeks a results-driven Sales Director to lead our national sales organization. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and develop high-performing teams, while coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused packaging solutions.

You will coach regional managers, participate in high-level customer discussions, and sustain profitable growth across markets, traveling up to 30–50% as needed to support customers and teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a track record of growing revenue
• Packaging industry experience with knowledge of protective packaging, labels, stretch film, tape
• Proficiency in consultative selling, account management, business development, and strategic sales planning

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross profit, and market growth objectives.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Manager, driving accountability through performance management, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning.
• Establish sales goals, KPIs, and territory strategies using data and market insights to drive performance.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing relationships, securing new business, and increasing market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, opportunities, and risks while ensuring profitability and sales performance.
• Support strategic prospecting and major customer pursuits including large enterprise and multi-location deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supplier partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent sales processes, CRM usage, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting across territories.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement through coaching and sales development.
