Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a senior, enterprise-minded leader to head Field Operations, Training & Enablement in the US. This role partners with BOS leadership to shape field enablement, incentive strategies, and governance while guiding an enterprise-wide training agenda across commercial teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in biopharma field operations and strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will lead KPI development, align with global strategies, mentor teams, and drive

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in Biopharmaceuticals.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, with and without authority.
Prior people management required.
Strong business analytics to understand drivers and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead Field Operations and Commercial Operations functions (Fleet, Meetings & Events, project management).
Own incentive compensation strategy and governance for multiple franchises.
Drive enterprise KPIs and field effectiveness across US Ipsen teams.
Advance KAM processes and coaching across field leadership.
