Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Training, Insights & Analytics to lead the development and delivery of training across the Neuroscience Migraine portfolio.

You will design annual training calendars, onboard new hires, and facilitate sessions that enhance Field Medical effectiveness worldwide. The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience, strong facilitation skills, and expertise with ACTO, Veeva and iEngage.

Qualifications

12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a doctorate with 5 years’ experience.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
Excellent understanding of industry guidance and best practices.
Experience as an MSL or in scientific training and development, and strategic planning.
Strong facilitation & presentation skill set.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, disease state, and soft skills for Field Medical personnel.
Design annual training calendars, onboarding programs, and post-training follow-up strategies.
Facilitate training sessions and ensure pull-through of learning initiatives.
Manage legal, regulatory, and medical approvals for training content.
Assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on metrics and trends.
On-board new hires and coordinate system trainings (Veeva, iEngage, LMS).
