Job summary

Ipsen US is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Field Operations, Training, & Enablement to lead enterprise field enablement and incentive compensation across US Business Units. You will partner with BOS leadership to align objectives, define annual priorities, and drive measurable commercial impact.

This role requires 15+ years in biopharma, strong change leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience, preferably in biopharmaceuticals.
• Ability to lead teams and projects with or without formal authority.
• Experience working in US market and launches is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of US regulatory/compliance environment.
• Strong business analytics and KPI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations, Training, and Enablement strategy across Ipsen US.
• Own end-to-end incentive compensation governance for Oncology, Rare, Neuro and Value & Access teams.
• Partner with BOS leadership to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive enterprise prioritization, performance reviews, and execution improvements.
