You will oversee a team of Field Marketing Managers, partner with operations leaders, and drive measurable growth through data-driven planning and local playbooks. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in franchising or distributed local-market models.
• Ability to translate enterprise brand strategy into practical local playbooks and campaigns.
• Proven track record leading and scaling field/local marketing teams and setting performance standards.
• Strong knowledge of local demand channels (paid search, local SEO, paid social, lead generation).

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise field marketing strategy from national priorities to local execution across the franchise system.
• Manage and mentor Field Marketing Managers and ensure effective franchisee coaching.
• Align marketing initiatives with franchisee business goals and field operations.
• Oversee agency relationships and local digital ecosystem management (LSAs, GBP, PPC, social, SEO).
• Drive demand growth, ROAS, and revenue through disciplined planning and analytics.
