Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Director of Franchisee Relations to lead engagement with franchise owners across assigned brands. The role builds trust, captures feedback, and turns insights into actionable support from Operations, Marketing, and other teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in franchised systems, strong relationship skills, and a track record of driving franchisee satisfaction, brand adherence, and program effectiveness across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management and leadership experience in a franchised business.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with franchisees and gain buy-in for system initiatives.
• Experience working across Operations, Marketing, and field support teams to turn strategy into practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary brand advocate and facilitator to Franchise Business Consultants, Franchise Advisory Councils, and Franchise Sales to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Socialize growth initiatives and brand evolution to franchisee leadership to build consensus and secure buy-in.
• Own franchisee satisfaction by monitoring feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating responses with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead engagement touchpoints such as Meet Your Team sessions and regional brand alignment meetings.
